KAUST二维物理课题组张西祥教授团队现招聘两名二维材料（包括石墨烯，六方氮化硼，二维过渡金属硫化物等）研究领域的博士后。
岗位要求
§ 物理、材料或化学专业博士;
§ 在二维材料领域有丰富的研究经历, 能熟练使用化学气相沉积法生长或化学方法制备材料；
§ 熟练使用拉曼、SEM、AFM等表征设备；
§ 英语交流无障碍
岗位待遇
§ 至少一年合同的全职研究岗位；
§ 待遇：50000美元/年，免税；
§ 提供免费住房，医疗保险，每年提供一次往返机票。

Description
The 2D Physics Lab of Professor Xixiang Zhang at KAUST has openings for two postdoctoral fellowships in two-dimensional materials including graphene, h-BN and TMD.
Requirements
§ PhD in Physics, Material Science or Chemistry
§ Prior research experience in growth 2D materials by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) or chemical fabrication
§ Excellent skills of operating Raman, SEM and AFM
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Offered Appointment
§ A full-time research position with a at least one-year contract
§ A highly competitive salary is provided ($ 50,000 USD, Tax free).
§ Benefits: free housing; relocation support; health insurance; one round-trip airline ticket per year to visit home country.
